The More Times Change—The More They Stay The Same

In 2005, Bonita-Sunnyside residents were fired up about "out-of-control traffic" and expressed it vocally at the July 27th State of Bonita annual meeting. County Supervisor Greg Cox was on the hot seat as the community reiterated over-and-over about how bad the traffic had become.
That was 2005.
Jump to 2026.
Traffic has not improved in 21 years. It's gotten worse-and-worse to the point that some locals feel that they take their lives in their hands daily, just trying to enter and exit their own driveways.
