Sunnyside Saddle Club Searching for New Board of Directors

Sunnyside Saddle Club sent the following email to their members and former members on the evening of December 6, 2025:

It appears that the Sunnyside Saddle Club is in dire need to acquire a new Board of Directors. This is indicated by the brief period allowed (10 days) for getting the votes returned and the word "emergency" in the title.
It is unclear who the current Board of Directors are. Usually this information is found on the website of a Non-Profit but in this case does not. I inquired twice about the identity of the Board Directors—once on November 23, 2025 and again on December 1, 2025—but both requests went unanswered.
According to their bylaws, the Board consists of a President, Vice-President, Recording Secretary, Corresponding Secretary, Treasurer, Senior Delegate and Junior Delegate.
The email above states "Although bylaws require nominees to be members for two months, this requirement has been waived due to the emergency nature of this situation." So the nominees could be newbies with no real experience or history with the club.
I wonder what the "emergency nature of this situation" might be? Is the entire Board of Directors moving to another state?
I guess we'll just have to wait and see. I wonder if the new Board of Directors will reveal their names?
