The incredible Austin Pipe Organ was donated to the city by the Spreckels brothers—John and Adolph. The Pavilion was constructed as part of the new Balboa Park for the 1915 Panama-California Exposition.
The 37th San Diego International Summer Organ Festival is currently performing each Monday evening at the Spreckles Organ Pavilion in Balboa Park. There are only eight concerts left.

Raúl Prieto Ramírez—the artistic director of Spreckels Organ Society and San Diego’s official Civic Organist—programs the Festival each year.
The concerts begin at 7:30 and run ninety minutes, straight through with no intermission.
Attendance is free and it's a great way to spend a relaxing evening or to introduce your kids to a different kind of music.
