The Chula Vista Parks and Recreation Commission has their regular meeting this Thursday—May 21st—at 6:30PM at the Norman Park Senior Center in Chula Vista. You will find parking in the rear of the building.

Chair Calvo and Commissioner Zarem have asked to be excused.
There is no discussion of the Rohr Park Horse Arena scheduled but I don't know what to tell you. Sometimes (in the past), the arena gets discussed.
Item 5.5 will discuss "AuthorizIng the Chair to Work with Staff to Finalize and Submit the Annual Activities Report for Fiscal Year 2025-26".
During Public Comments at the beginning of the meeting, the public may address the Commission on any subject matter within the Commission’s jurisdiction that is not listed as an item on the agenda. It's always good to keep the Rohr Park Horse Arena on page one of their thoughts.

The more comments received, either in person or electronically, demonstrates the desire of the community in keeping the arena right where it is and being enjoyed by all. There was a great horse show there this past weekend!
