What's Going On at the Provence House?

A group of dedicated members of the Bonita Optimist Club got together on Saturday, June 28th with a purpose in mind. They met at the Provence House, on Sweetwater Road, where they hold their meetings. The purpose? Clean out all the junk within the closets that had been accumulating for years.

The "clean-up" crew worked diligently to clean compartments which had not seen the light of day in a very long time. In about four hours, the work was completed. At least 75-80% of all the closets had been cleaned!

Items that were no longer of use were removed and headed to the dumpster. Useable items were organized and you can now actually see what is in the closets!

Remaining "good" items took a trip to the home garage of a Optimist member where they will be sold in a yard sale on August 9th. Yard sale profits will be donated back to the Optimist Club.
