Even if Governor Newsom is likely to sign this far-reaching bill, which pits the parts of California favored by Senator Scot Wiener against those that will bear the brunt of SB 79's impacts, it is important to let Gavin Newsom know that his decision will be remembered long after he leaves the Governor's Mansion.

Thank you for your continued support and activism.

They could add a new bus stop anywhere in Bonita-Sunnyside. That gives them the "right" to build up to six story buildings in your neighbor. Not worried because your neighborhood is built out? No worries, they just purchase the home next to you and replace it with an apartment building. This affects all single-family communities and residents. The SDC told us pretty much—after they approved the monstrous Secure Self Storage building with 1200 units—that they would be "coming for Bonita-Sunnyside soon."
