Junk, Junk, Everywhere Junk

ree

I sat and looked at the immense pile of debris. It seemed to grow in size by the minute.

There was leftover flagstone, empty cement bags, packing from unpacked appliance boxes, splintered wood pallets, soda cans, tree branches, cardboard, plastic gardening containers, broken bricks, cinderblock, insulation, half a PBJ sandwich, leftover wood pieces too small to reuse...you get the idea, junk!

It was much too much to fit in the garbage can. And way too heavy.

I could call and have a dumpster delivered but it would take me days to load it all in. And it was expensive.

And then there was that party tomorrow.

What to do? What to do?

I remember seeing a banner at Central and Sweetwater advertising junk removal. So I drove over to that intersection and wrote down the number.

I'll save you the trip . . . here's the number:

I called and JJ answered and was very polite. I told him about my timing predicament and he was very understanding.

He came over right away and did a reconnaissance trip to access which type of truck would be the best to use. He has four different types.

He returned in a short while with his truck and a helper. It was loaded to the top and I still had about 30 garbage bags of stuff to get rid of. And a 7-year-old's birthday party the next day.

He went home and returned with another truck and they filled that one up.

Here are the other services he provides:

I was very happy with his service and you will be, too! Just don't let your pile of junk grow as long as I did.

Best money I ever spent!
