Identity of the Buckskin Beauty

Four days ago, I published the story "Everyone Loved the Bonitafest Parade."

The narrative revisited days of yore when the Parade was still happening every year and referred to "The Buckskin Beauties of Bonita" who rode in 1976.

I asked if anyone could identify the beauty in the photo above. If you know this person, she is easily identified by her radiant smile, still present today.
