Why is the Chula Vista, District 1 Council Seat of importance to Bonita-Sunnyside residents?

District 1 covers Rohr Park in its entirety, the (former Bonita) commercial district and all the lands to the south of Bonita-Sunnyside.

The candidate who secures this District 1 seat will have a vote on the future of the Rohr Park Master Plan.
