As the Santa Ana winds blow to the west, neighboring communities of Bonita, Chula Vista (Eastlake) and Tijuana are anxiously awaiting for the fire to be contained.

Last night, local newscasters reported that a fog will be rolling in from the coast in the morning and could calm the fire. Also rain is expected this weekend.
But until the smoke clears and no new black smoke appears, local residents will be warily eyeing those eastern skies.
