Bonita Optimists Welcome Living Coast Speaker

At the Thursday evening—June 5th—meeting, Bonita Optimists welcomed speaker Carissa Vargas. Carissa is the Living Coast School Programs Specialist.

Carissa brought her assistant and also Irwin, the Wonder Desert Tortoise. They were amazing!

They were extremely knowledgeable and fun.  You can tell, the ladies enjoy being at The Living Coast.

Irwin didn’t move around too much or too fast, but we enjoyed him anyway.
