There’s room for kindness around the world every day!
Kindness on our Minds
Thank you to everyone who joined our Neuroscience of Kindness webinar earlier today with Jennifer Fraser PhD, author of The Bullied Brain. Attendees learned a lot about the effects of un-kindness on the brain, and how we can re-wire our minds through neuroplasticity. If you missed the webinar or want to go back and re-watch sections, the recording is now available.

Kindness in the News
Kindness made the news today! Here are a few of the highlights that our subscribers shared:
Madeline Mitchell | November 13, 2025 | USA TODAY
David Muhr | September 17, 2025 | ABC News
Sisters in Kindness
Although our KINDNESS MATTERS sign is only one week old, it’s already making the news on Next Door, Ring, Instagram, and more. People are asking who put it up, how long will it stay, and cheering for the daily reminder to practice kindness. And our older sister — created by Kids for Peace in Carlsbad — couldn’t be prouder to have another member of the KINDNESS MATTERS family!
Please share the story of our kindness letters’ journey and let us know if you want to be involved in a future project.

The display is along the northbound side of I-805 (east side of the freeway) between H Street and E Street.
