Rohr Park Master Plan "Mid-Plan" Survey: Speak Now or Forever Hold Your Peace

This is your last chance to voice your opinion on how best to upgrade Rohr Park. The deadline is tomorrow, Friday, September 26th.

The 12-question Mid-Plan Survey offers you multiple choices for :

• Ranking your top 5 features for the Light Touch concept (1-5 with 1 being the most important)

• Ordering your top 5 features for the Active Community Hub concept (1-5 with 1 being the most important)

• Choosing the best design option for the existing Eucalyptus Grove

• Keeping "as is" or changing the area east of the Live Steamers Railroad

• Voting on if you would like more active recreation amenities (courts, splash pad, amphitheater) added or not

• Choosing how you would like the irreparable Rohr Manor honored

• Opting on reducing softball field size for additional parking or not

• Voting on improvements to existing dog park or leaving "as is"

• Answering how important the nature-based features are to you

• Adding anything you might like to the plan

After the plan is finalized, the next step will be taking the draft to the Chula Vista City Council for a vote next year.  

As of yet, there is no funding for the renovation. Size and scope will be dictated by grants received.
