The Chula Vista Parks & Recreation Commission will be discussing a proposal that includes removing our 40+ year community equestrian arena — the only public riding arena in the city.
Chula Vista has 85 multipurpose sports fields… but just one equestrian arena.
This facility supports a sport where women and girls make up over 75% of competitors, providing a rare and inclusive recreational opportunity.
Please write to the City and join me at this meeting to help preserve this historic and irreplaceable arena for current and future generations.
