Last week when everyone else was busy with holiday activities, City crews were

preparing for the upcoming storms and in Rohr Park.

In addition to their normal routine, City crews replaced 6 chain link fence poles. This

addressed a potentially unsafe situation. The fence was not secure and obstructing the

Rohr Park’s loop trail east of Rohr Manor.

Two days before Christmas, a crew installed fiber rolls around the City’s two large dirt

stockpiles areas west of the horse arena. Sediment control devices must be installed

on temporary stockpiles to keep excess sediment out of our waterways and comply

with State and Federal regulations.

We are fortunate to have conscientious Rohr Park maintenance workers.
