Editor's Note: I had the privilege of meeting with Georjean Jensen in 2024 in her home and we had a delightful 2-hour conversation. Georjean copied this handout for me and I have been unable to get better photos for this article. I decided to just print what Georjean gave me because it is such a wonderful story.
