Bonita Optimist Club Awards Scholastic Awards to High School Seniors

On May 7th, the Bonita Optimist Club gave scholastic awards to five high school seniors to help further their college education. 

The 100 BOC members of our club worked all year to raise the money for these awards.

The seniors were from San Ysidro High, Southwest High, Bonita Vista High, and Mater Dei High Schools.

They were high achievers and performed over 900 hours of community service. 

They were selected from 45 applications judged by three educators. 

They will change the world.
