The Coronado Public Library, in partnership with Warwick's and the Friends of the Coronado Public Library, welcomes acclaimed investigative journalist, bestselling author, and Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan writer and producer Annie Jacobsen for a discussion of her newest book, Biological War: A Scenario.

Jacobsen will share insights into her latest work in which she explores a chilling scenario where a deliberate biological attack unleashes a global pandemic that rapidly overwhelms public health systems and triggers the collapse of modern society. Drawing on interviews with top government, military, and medical experts, she traces the hours, days, and weeks following such an event, revealing how quickly civilization could descend into chaos.
